SHIPPING:

Orders with standard shipping typically take between (as of october 9th) 3-5 business days to be processed and shipped. (Unless other wise noted Pre orders make take between 14/20 Business days & will be stated in the description of the product).  orders can not be canceled or changed once placed and and still within turn around time. Weekends and holidays are not businesses days, and should not be included in process and shipping times. You will recieve an email with tracking once your order has shipped.

LOCAL PICK UP:

LOCAL PICK UP IS AVAILABLE ON MONDAY - SUNDAY FROM 8 AM TO 7PM CST. (AFTER 7PM THE BOX WILL BE BROUGHT IN AND SET OUT THE NEXT DAY)

THERE IS A PLASTIC TOTE ON THE BACK PORCH - ITEMS WILL BE IN THERE.

There is a pink box on the back porch, please note that this box is being monitiored by a camera to ensure the saftey of your packages. 
IF YOU HAVE NOT PICKED UP YOUR PACKAGE AFTER 7 BUSINESS DAYS YOUR PACKAGE WILL NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP, SHIPPING WILL BE REQUSTED AND YOUR PACKAGE WILL NOT BE SHIPPED TILL YOU PAY THE SHIPPING INVOICE. AFTER 30 DAYS OF AN UNPAID SHIPPING INVOICE YOUR ORDER WILL BE PUT BACK IN TO INVENTORY AND BE SOLD AND YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE A REFUND FOR YOUR ORDER.

Counting Business Days:

Example : If you place your order on a Monday before 3PM (CST) then the first business day would be Tuesday. If you place your order on a monday after 3PM (CST) then Wednesday would be the first business day.

Please remember that I am a one woman show and there are times that sales are AMAZING (thank you so much) and It may take me a couple of extra days to process your order.  However, I always try and get your orders out as soon as I possibly can!

Customs and Duties

Fringed Outlaw Boutique does not pay any customs, duties, or taxes of any kind on international orders. Countries may or may not assess a fee for your order entering the country. This does not always happen. But please be aware that it can happen, and that Fringed Outlaw Boutique does not pay these fees.

Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.  

LOST PACKAGES:

In the event your package gets lost in the mail, we will do our best to help you guide you in this situation.  First thing you must do is contact your local post office and file a claim immediately.  You can also file an online USPS claim HERE.  Our customer service is open Monday-Friday 10am-5pm if you need any assistance.
